Rinse Residents Sputnik One and EMA will be opening up the night!
Sputnik One is a Rinse FM resident and Dublin based producer who dwells in the bass focused and percussive sphere of modern club sonics.
This blueprint is further illustrated across a growing catalogue of releases on the likes of Unknown Untitled, Wisdom Teeth, Well Street Records as well as his own label N-Face, which was established in 2022.
His Rinse show has featured guests such as Dual Monitor, K-Wata, Tsepo, Sloucho & Zi! (to name a few) and serves a hearty slice of dance music futurism to the airwaves each and every month.
EMA is a key torchbearer for a new generation of global bassniks, embodying community rave values through a love of low end frequencies from her home of Dublin. Her work as a DJ, founder of label/party Woozy, booker for Dublin nightclub Yamamori Tengu, Rinse FM resident and co-founder of the Skin&Blister collective is exhaustive, highlighting a relentless work ethic that has inspired a foundational infrastructure for her and those in her orbit to prosper.
Now based in Manchester following a relocation from Belfast, EMBY has been creating and performing with artists such as Henzo, Bake, Chunky (SWAMP81), DJ Oblig, Charlieboymanson and more across iconic venues such as The White Hotel, SOUP, Hidden and Stage & Radio.
Usually known for taking the mic alongside DJs to shell up the house, EMBY has migrated to new sounds echoing his adoration for a new wave of rap pioneered by rappers such as Boldy James and Mavi. Although known primarily for his quick flows over heavy bass riddims, recently EMBY has been exploring more soundscapes And drawing inspiration from artists such as Blackhaine, Rainy Miller, Space Afrika etc.
With instrumentals from across the spectrum coupled either EMBYs writing style - you will be taken through a world of emotion as the London born artist expresses himself across a plethora of sounds.
A flurry of standout performances have seen EMBY perform at AVA Festival, Warehouse project, Other Voices, All together now, Maida Vale, Reading and Leeds, Feile na Grene to name just a few.
