Tengu presents: Spray's Residency with Naone

Lineup Spray Naone The second of Spray's three-show residency sees the proggy stalwart invite Naone for her Irish debut! Naone hails from Seoul, South-Korea but has been living in Amsterdam since the beginning of the pandemic. Her mixes are deeply influenced by the sound of the 90s, trance, acid, techno and ambient. Naone also holds residencies at RRFM in Amsterdam and EOS Radio in Frankfurt, and have appeared as guests on NTS and Rinse FM, etc. As a producer, she creates mutating sonic worlds with cross-pollinations between cosmic trance and hypnotic techno. Together with S.O.N.S,. she released an EP in 2020 and her solo debut EP was released on DJ Haus’ label Unknown to the Unknown in 2021. She also contributed tracks to Patta x Dekmantel Compilation in 2021 and One Eye Witness VA and Warning Berlin (soon to be released) in 2022. Initially sprouting as a reissue label project for pyro + freaky prog, the innate desire for the sound resulted in lockdown tracks and mixes, and the natural step of becoming a producer moniker/DJ. Rooted from Ireland, and now based in the ‘Hollywood for DJs’ that is Berlin, Spray has quickly made noise for seminal crews such as Radiant Love and Soulseekers Allowance. Taste the satiating sound on the debut EP for Craigie Knowes, breaking the formulaic tendency of trance to add essential freakiness, breaks, and wigged out prog; quite the potent brew.
