Lineup Spray Rhyzine B2B Surka (1) Yamamori Tengu Kicks off 2025 by announcing the venue's fifth residency! We've invited Irish hero Spray to curate 3 shows over the course of 3 months. Spray invites two Irish Natives, Rhyzine (Honeypot) & Surka (Reclaim the Mainframe) for show number 1. Initially sprouting as a reissue label project for pyro + freaky prog, the innate desire for the sound resulted in lockdown tracks and mixes, and the natural step of becoming a producer moniker/DJ. Rooted from Ireland, and now based in the ‘Hollywood for DJs’ that is Berlin, Spray has quickly made noise for seminal crews such as Radiant Love and Soulseekers Allowance. For support Spray has invited Rhyzine & Surka for a b2b set. Rhyzine is a tour de force of the dance, emerging as one of Dublin’s most exciting clubbing voices as a DJ and co-founder of the celebrated party HONEYPOT. In such a remarkably short space of time, Rhyzine has left an indelible mark on their local scene. Their pro-community approach to nightlife, providing marginalised queer voices with a space to dance and DJ, has helped foster one of the best parties and collectives in the country. Propelled through life with a love of rhythm and percussion, thanks to a youth spent playing drums, naturally led Rhyzine to the club. It’s a palpable feeling you can sense throughout every set they do, a deft kinetic momentum offset by angular basslines and rave-ready melodics. Their exhilarating genre-less approach to sets allow selections to focus on energy and drama, lending dance floors with the right tools to liberate their bodies within the dance. Regular appearances in clubs around Ireland and recently in New York, London, Belfast and Glasgow highlight this best along with noted mixes for The Lot Radio, NTS, Rinse France and Dublin Digital Radio. Hailing from Tipperary but based in Dublin, Surka has been crafting her sound for over a decade. After a brief hiatus from public performances, she burst back onto the scene in 2023 with a renewed energy and an unstoppable drive, quickly establishing herself as one of Ireland’s most exciting emerging DJs. Known for her ability to blend driving beats with euphoric energy, Surka has a magnetic presence that keeps crowds hooked from start to finish. She’s now gearing up for her biggest gigs yet, including a highly anticipated performance at the Silo RDS New Year’s Eve party supporting Obskür and an unmissable event, The Ritual, at the iconic Slane Castle.
