Lineup Man Power The Board of Works We’re thrilled to welcome Man power, aka Geoff Kirkwood back behind the decks as we celebrate the dawn of our Third Chapter. If you joined us for our unforgettable Halloween Party in 2023, you’ve already experienced what he brings to the table. For those of you that haven’t, now’s the time to get acquainted… With releases on DFA, Optimo, Hivern Discs, Permanent Vacation, Hypercolour, M.A.D Records, Live at Robert Johnson, and his own acclaimed imprints Me Me Me and the rising Cheap Thrills, Man Power has firmly cemented his place in electronic music. In addition to his production pedigree, Geoff has been building a grassroots movement with his legendary DIY parties at The King Street Social, under the brilliantly named Are You Affiliated? From hosting icons like Caribou, Gerd Janson, and Paranoid London to sharing the decks with Skream, Ewan McVicar, and Artwork for monumental back-to-backs, he’s brought world-class dance music to the heart of North Shields. 2024 saw Man Power take his momentum even further, becoming a Rinse FM resident and delivering his MASSIVE Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1 which has been on heavy rotation here at BOW HQ ever since it aired. Since we last hosted Geoff, he has played some of the world’s most iconic venues, including Panorama Bar, Robert Johnson, Pikes, and DJ Harvey’s Klymax Discotheque in Bali.
