We are buzzed to have Maara play Tengu Feb 16th for TT. Maara's tracks have been rinsed through the booth this year.
Hailing from Montreal, Maara has made her mark on the dance music scene since her 2021 breakout EP 'Ultimate Reward' on NAFF recordings. Maara has continued to build a name for herself, releasing her subsequent EP on Sonido Isla 'Potion Activated', which features 'The Forbidden Plum', nominated for Best Song of 2021 by Resident Advisor. She has followed
hat with a string of releases this year on Radiant Love, X-Kalay, and her most recent
orthcoming EP announced on Kalahari Oyster Cult. In addition to her solo releases, Maara has contributed to various international compilations and continues to bless the scene by
ringing a playful atmosphere to dance floor bangers. Maara has been busy touring Europe
his summer and continues to drop high energy mixes and deliver high energy DJ sets
estroying dance floors across the continent with her fun banger style.
Mercorn is a Dublin-based DJ who is passionate about uplifting marginalised voices in the Irish music scene. She is a co-founder of Skin&Blister, a collective that nurtures and encourages female identifying, trans and non-binary creatives in music and the arts. She is also a co-founder and resident at Tender, a party for queers and allies, which launched in September. She brings a fun sound and an upbeat, electric energy to her sets, selecting from 90s trance, progressive house, acid and more. Her other projects include a mix series called Tranceinyourpants and a live podcast, Crossfade, where she interviews Irish artists about their music journey.
A product of the eclectic Dublin dance music community, Drua is a producer with a penchant for trippy, fun, driving dance music. Taking direct inspiration from these surroundings, his tracks are a patchwork of half remembered dancefloor moments filtered and reconstructed into something new. 2022 saw the release of debut EP, “Leisureplex” on Spray.
